Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for the acquisition, implementation, training and maintenance of a Web Content Management System (CMS). The management system must include standard CMS features such as page wizards, image editing, drag and drop content insertion, WYSIWYG editing and current generation browser support for HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS.
