Description

Through the support of Middlesex County (the delegated agent for the delivery of Child Care Services in the Middlesex-London Service Delivery Area excluding the geography of the City of London) and the City of London (the Designated Service Manager), provincial funding on a one-time and limited time basis has become available to the Township of Lucan Biddulph (“LUCAN BIDDULPH” or the “LB”) to build/provide space at 265 Main Street, Lucan, ON for the operation of a child care centre for children ages 0 to 3.8 years by an accredited third party. The space is expected to be constructed during the 2018 calendar year with operations tentatively expected (subject to change) to commence on or January 1, 2019.

The above noted limited time Provincial funding, however, is conditional upon LB’s confirmation to the Province of a committed Independent Operator/Tenant to operate the child care centre. Accordingly, LB is seeking proposals from properly accredited child care licensees within the meaning of the CCEYA (hereafter, “Operators”) to provide child care as an independent operator and tenant of 265 Main Street, Lucan, ON.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
