Pomerleau Inc. has been retained by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the National Research Council (NRC) as Construction Manager. Pomerleau is inviting Architectural Precast Contractors to submit proposals (qualifications and tender) for the construction of a new laboratory building for the Canadian Centre for Advanced Material Manufacturing (CCAMM).
The project consists of a new two-storey building, associated site services and surface parking. The new building will accommodate specialized laboratories, open workstations, enclosed offices and support spaces such as meeting rooms, shared equipment areas, reception areas and kitchenette.
The building floor area is 2,029 square metres.
