Description

The Toronto Police Service is seeking experienced proponent(s) to supply a body worn camera solution for the use in front-line policing which may include but is not limited to an asset lifespan which creates, uploads, transfers, ingests, stores & archives, uses, discloses, and destroys assets.
The Procurement Method will involve the following:

Request for Information (RFI) - Tentative Issue Date: Mid-December 2017:
Used to gather information on product, technology, trends, industry, capability, pricing. Information gathered is non-binding and totally voluntary.

Request for Pre-qualifications (RFPQ) – Tentative Issue Date: June 2018:
Request for Pre-qualification used to identify vendor capabilities and qualifications. Used to shortlist for the RFP.

Non-Binding Request for Proposal (RFP), involving negotiation – Tentative Issue Date: November 2018, closing June 2019:
Request for Proposal is by invitation only to the top qualifying RFPQ responses
