 SCOPE OF WORK
 
Description of Project:
-- Provide the complete installation of Level 1 and Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging stations as noted on drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following:
   - Electrical Work
   - Demolition Work
   - Commissioning and Training
   - Line Painting
   - Signage
   - Cutting/Patching
   - Asphalt/Concrete Work
- The work must be completed within a condensed time frame. The Contractor must schedule tasks and manpower accordingly to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- The Contractor is strongly encouraged to perform work on various sites simultaneously in order to expedite the delivery of the overall project.
- Level 2 Charging Stations will be purchased by the Contractor through a Cash Allowance. The relevant purchasing information and model number for the Level 2 Charging Stations will be provided to the succesfull Contractor. Refer to Specification Section 01 21 00 - Allowances.
- Separate Price #1 is for the installation of Communications Gateways for Level 2 charging stations. This is only applicable to one of the Level 2 pedestals vendors and will be required if that particular vendor is selected for purchase.
 

• TBS Clearances are required for site access
• OPP Clearances are required for site access
• Contractor is required to complete the CMMS forms as per Infrastructure Ontario Design & Commissioning Guidelines (Attached).
• For all Power Interruptions, Contractor is required to Complete the CRFC forms as per Infrastructure Ontario Guidelines.  This must be submitted with a complete Method of Procedure. Power Shutdown/Interruption approval time is a minimum of 20 business days.
