821036 - Industrial Park Servicing Request for Proposal

The Russell Township is seeking Engineering services under the control of a Prime Consultant.  The Prime Consultant’s team will be retained to provide professional services to develop Pre-Design Services, Schematic Design, Design Development/Construction Documentation, Construction Procurement, Contract Administration, and close-out of the project.
Colliers Project Leaders Inc., acting as the Owner’s representative,  invites individual firms or consortiums of firms to submit Proposals for the above-referenced project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal document. The Proponents are invited to submit a proposal for one or both projects included in the Request for Proposal document.

The Township of Russell is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Engineering Services outlined in this RFP for two separate projects listed below.

1. Highway 417 Industrial Park with water and wastewater services while meeting MOE guidelines and Township’s policies
2. The western part of Limoges to accommodate 500 units of water and wastewater capacity while meeting MOE guidelines and Township’s policies;
