RFP#1920-017 Multicultural Marketing Services
The selected Respondent will work closely with various contacts and divisions within OLG, in the provision of the following multicultural marketing services, but not limited to:

Consumer research, insight, and multicultural marketing landscape best practices
Strategic planning
Account management
Development of integrated marketing campaigns from design to execution & post-reporting
Various levels of creative development from simple in-language transcreation to bespoke campaign development
Cultural media planning & buying (paid, earned, owned) as agreed upon by OLG and the Advertising Review Board
Translation services - specifically, but not limited to, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Mandarin, Cantonese, Hinglish, Punjabi and Korean. Excludes French since OLG’s French Language Services (FLS) delivers French translation and creative review for OLG’s products and services.
Retail support tools
Recommending, planning and implementing public relations and community engagement outreach and sponsorship/activation programs
Measurement and reporting infrastructure in line with OLG requirements
Additional related services, as required.
Digital Marketing Services (may include but not limited to, website design, development and execution, secure website management and hosting services, email marketing, online contest/promotions, digital strategy and planning, and database marketing)
Multi-cultural consumer expertise, specifically, but not limited to, Chinese and South Asian.

Specific Requirements
In order to be considered for evaluation to this Request for Proposal, a Respondent is to acknowledge the following Specific Requirements as part of their Proposal. For additional information about this opportunity, refer to the Request for Proposal documents.

Specific Requirements are:
B.1.1 OLG requires the Respondent to have a minimum of 5 years experience in the provision of multicultural marketing services as it relates to interaction with specifically, but not limited to, Chinese and South Asian consumers.
B.1.2 OLG requires the Respondent to have a minimum of 5 years experience with purchasing media specifically for, but not limited to, Chinese and South Asian consumers.
B.1.3 OLG requires the Respondent to encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit.
