DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT

The University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus is issuing  this RFP for UTM Water Treatment.

This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for Proponent to perform the Supply and Services of Chemicals, Monitoring of Water Treatment, develop a Legionella water safety plan and testing water samples for lead and legionella cultures for University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before March 20, 2019 (2:00:00 PM local time).

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents that do not achieve the minimum scores in the sections indicated below may not be eligible for consideration further in the RFP Process.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed in April 2020.
