We are requesting proposals to replace our CRM. We are the regulator of vehicle sales in Ontario. We have been using a legacy software solution which is internally developed and not cloud based. We have recently completed a business process engineering project and that documentation is attached as an appendix. Respondents are asked to complete their proposal in the attached template format.
