Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Preventive Maintenance Services

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Preventive Maintenance Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide general preventive maintenance of two centrifugal chillers at the Canadian War Museum, Ottawa, Ontario.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.
It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of 3 years starting on April 1, 2020 and ending on March 30th, 2023. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
