TPS is accepting submissions for Supply and Delivery of Memo Book Covers, Parking Offence Ticket Holders, and Tag/Summons Holders for Toronto Police Service (TPS).
Electronic submissions will be accepted until Monday, March 9, 2020, at 1:00 p.m local time as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Your submission for RFQ #1360672-19B must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX and the RFQ closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Samples of the Goods required in this RFQ are available for viewing by appointment only Wednesday, February 26, 2020. Please contact the Single Point of Contact at least 24 hrs prior to set up an appointment. The samples are available for viewing only and will not be given out to Bidders. Photographs may be taken.
Scope of Work
TPS is issuing this RFQ to obtain a Vendor for Supply and Delivery of Memo Book Covers, Parking Offence Ticket Holders, and Tag/Summons Holders in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation. Bidders must submit prices for Memo Book Covers, Parking Offence Ticket Holders, and Tag/Summons Holders according to APPENDIX A – SPECIFICATIONS (pg12-13) and APPENDIX B – FEE SUMMARY FORM (pg14) outlined in RFQ document. All items in Table 1 must be bid on for your quotation to be considered.
The term of this contract is for a 1 (one) year period commencing upon award of the contract starting from Wednesday April 1, 2020 until March 31, 2021 with an option to renew for an additional three 1-year periods based on performance and other indicators which may include Board approval.
Restrictions, Min requirements and Mandatories
In addition to the mandatory APPENDIX A PG 12-13 and APPENDIX B PG 14 forms, the following completed forms to be submitted:
- TPS Policies Form
- Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form;
- Statutory Declaration Form;
- Key Personnel Form;
- Bidders Experience Form.
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
The TPS may, upon request, permit other PCPG members not listed in this Bid Document to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other PCPG members if the Bidder becomes the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to this provision, PCPG members may enter into a Contract with the Contractor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Contractor. Minor changes in terms and conditions, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating PCPG members. Please note: copies of the Contractors submission will need to be provided to the interested PCPG member (in confidence) to review before participating.
