Description

The RHRA wishes to acquire a commercial off-the-shelf (“COTS”) integrated software solution, under a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) model, to manage its regulatory business functions, including inspections, compliance, complaints management, enforcement & investigations, licensing and communications. Capability in the area of processing finance functions as well as interfaces to the RHRA’s financial system is also a requirement. The RHRA expects that a largely off-the-shelf solution, with minimal or no customization, will be required to meet its needs.
