Description

The College intends to award an Agreement to up to one (1) Proponent.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period three (3) years, with an option in favour of the College to extend the Term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional years with a further option to extend for two (2) one (1) year periods commencing April 1, 2020.

The initial term of the Agreement will be in effect from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023. At the conclusion of this period, the vendor may be invited to propose terms to extend the period of the Agreement up to March 31, 2025.

For greater clarity, the two (2) year additional options will cover the service period April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025 and the two (2) further one (1) year options will cover the service periods April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 and April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, respectively.

The Agreement will be signed on or around March 12, 2020, and no obligation on the part of the College to purchase Services shall arise until such time as the Agreement is signed.
