REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE
20-1665EC BOARDROOM AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM

The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites interested parties to submit
Proposals for the replacement of their Boardroom Audio-Visual System, in accordance
with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Request for
Proposals (RFP) document.
The RFP documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com).
A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for January 23, 2020 at 10:00am, 570 West Hunt
Club Rd, Nepean ON, K2G 3R4. Respondents must register to attend by emailing the
contact listed in Clause 1.6.1. Respondents must sign-in upon arrival. Only those
Respondents that registered and signed-in their attendance shall have the opportunity to
submit their Proposal.
Respondents are required to include with their Proposal any brochures and complete
specifications for all items, materials and equipment quoted.
Installation must take place and be completed during March Break (March 16-20).
This procurement is subject to CFTA.
Submissions are required to be in English.
