Edmonton International Airport – Runway Safety End Areas

Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to construct four (4) runway end safety areas at the ends of runway 12-30 and runway 02-20 at Edmonton International Airport (EIA).

The Project encompasses both civil and electrical contractors. The work is planned to be completed over two (2) years due to the operational impacts to Edmonton Airports stakeholders.

Directions: From Departures Level 2, take the escalator leading up to Mezzanine Level (escalator is near Door 28 and on the north side of Hudson News), walk west, across the pedway towards the back windows looking out to the airside. An Edmonton Airports representative will meet bidders to facilitate access to the boardroom.

Companies who do not attend the mandatory PRE-BID meeting will be excluded from SUBMITTING A BID AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR this WORK. COMPANIES THAT DO NOT ATTEND MAY STILL PARTICIPATE AS SUB-CONTRACTORS.
