Building 256 Mold Remediation and Reinstatement

Mold Remediation and Reinstatement Work of this contract is at Building 256 Military Police Section at 5 Wing, Goose Bay, Labrador. It includes, but is not necessarily limited to:

Mold remediation in Rooms as indicated on the drawings of Building 256, Military
Police, 5 Wing Goose Bay, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
Mechanical and Electrical work as noted on the drawings,
Cleaning of HVAC system, and reinstatement of materials and finishes, as indicated
on the drawings and specifications.
Third party air sampling and testing.
Contractor is to coordinate and pay all associated costs with security requirements/escorts.

This work will be performed while the building is occupied.
