It is the intention of the Government of Manitoba, Department of Justice, Community Safety Division (“Manitoba”) to enter into a sole source contract with Mitch Bourbonniere from Winnipeg, Manitoba to: Provide action therapy to high risk ofenders in an institutional setting.

Vendors who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the goods and/or services described in this NOI should submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this NOI on or before the closing date of this NOI. The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the Vendor meets or exceeds the contract requirements set out in this NOI.
