Description

George Brown College is soliciting proposals as outlined in the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Commercial Foodservices Commercial Cleaning Products (collectively the “Deliverables” or “Project”) of George Brown College.
The College is seeking a vendor to provide cleaning products suitable for food and beverage service operation for use in its Centre of Hospitality and Culinary Arts located at 300 Adelaide St. E. which includes 17 cooking/baking labs, 4 demonstration labs, 3 wine/mixology/simulation labs and retail food operation (The Café). The Chef House at 215 King St. East includes a restaurant, simulation lab and wine lab.
The Centre of Hospitality and Culinary Arts is seeking to model sustainability best practices in the food and beverage service industry to the students. As such, cleaning products that meet food service cleanliness standards while also meeting Green Seal and/or UL/Eco Logo certification would be preferred.
