Description of Procurement

Ryerson University is looking for pest control services for Ryerson on and off campus locations, including:

Regular Pest Control Services
Canine Bedbug Inspection and Detection Services
Other Pest Control Services including Wildlife Removal, Termite Inspection and Treatment and Bedbug Treatment.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before January 29, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Average Hourly Rate for on-call bedbug inspection and detection services; and,
Average Sum of Price per Service for Other Pest Control Services.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

BPS Procurement Directive (BPS)
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five (CFTA)
Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus two (2) optional renewal periods of one (1) year each, in the discretion of Ryerson..
