REFERENCE NO. 20-RFP-44961
FLOOR COFFEE PROGRAM

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking innovative and cost effective proposals for the provision of a coffee program offered to casino patrons from established suppliers providing office coffee or hot beverage vending services.

The successful supplier will provide the following components of this program:

Commercial tabletop hot beverage vending / dispensing equipment, millwork, and other related items.
Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance as well as corrective maintenance / repair as required.
Regular and decaffeinated Fair Trade coffee, for use in the equipment, as well as any products specific to the vending / dispensing equipment such as teas, hot chocolate, flavor concentrates, filter paper, etc.
Supplies such as Fairtrade sugar, Certified compostable cups and lids, etc.; and
Instruction and training on the daily operating procedures, including care and cleaning, refilling product, etc.

The closing date for submission is January 6, 2020 at 12:00 PM Winnipeg time.

MBLL will enter into negotiations with one or more proponents to establish a contract not exceeding 5 years.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
