DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services - 730 Yonge Street
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/28347 on or before Wednesday, January 15, 2020 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Note to Brokers: The University understands that the attached Form of Agreement for Goods and Services is not suitable for a Real Estate transaction and as a result the University is prepared to use a standard Commercial Brokers Agreement to complete this project.
