RFP SAH 2019-07 - OR Integration

The OR Integration system is the hardware and software that run and organize various OR devices and software program within the OR.  This system is customizable to meet our specific needs.  Some systems can be upgraded or expanded without the need for a complete system overhaul.  Our current system is considered obsolete. 
 
New systems have a smaller footprint and many new features.  They can provide screen in screen or quad screen all in 4K or (within the next few months) 8K thus allowing the surgeons much clearer pictures.  Some have the ability to display relaxing images with accompanying music to help patients relax as they are being prepared for surgery and put off to sleep.  Some have built in turn over timers that accurately display the amount of time it takes to prepare the OR suite for the next patient.  They have the ability of image and video capture which can then be uploaded directly into the patient chart.  There is no longer a need for surgeons to upload these images to a USB and then later upload it to the patient’s chart thus preventing any patient information being misplaced or lost.
