This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of qualified Confidential Document Shredding Services. RDC’s preference shall be to align with a Service Provider that is both an active member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) and has NAID AAA Certification. The Service Provider shall provide lockable consoles and/or secure containers along with collection and on-site destruction services. Services will be required regularly on a weekly basis, to collect shredding and confidential materials from full bins at RDC facilities, and required on an ‘as needed basis’ for specialty shredding and special bulk destruction requests.
