Description

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is looking for a provider of direct mail marketing services to support the expansion of the current direct mail program. This includes the continued national growth of the direct mail program, the immediate development of a strategy to fully integrate direct mail, the development of an Online Program, as well as strategies to decrease donor fatigue.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines MODC requirements and identifies the scope of the work, mandatory and rated criteria and technical and print specification requirements. Submissions will be considered relative to the response to details of the RFP.

Points each vendor should consider prior to preparing a proposal:

MODC National Office is located in Toronto
Submissions that do not meet mandatory criteria may be disqualified

A signed copy of the Vendor Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement must be completed and submitted to the RFP Administrator (cmacgregor@marchofdimes.ca) by email, prior to gaining access to download the RFP documents.

Completed proposal submissions must be submitted electronically via email to cmacgregor@marchofdimes.ca by 2pm December 16th, 2019.

Questions throughout the process must be submitted via email to the bid administrator and will be accepted up to 2pm Dec 11th, 2019.

Responses to questions will be posted on MERX via addenda. Final award notification will be posted at the end of the selection process.

All Vendors who submitted a proposal can view the results on Merx.
