Description

This Request for information (RFI) has been issued for the purpose of soliciting vendor introductions which will assist the hospital in its recommendation to invest in an employee scheduling solution. Cornwall Community Hospital seeks to leverage technology which supports these and other benefits which may not be specifically listed:

Increase innovation in the workplace
Increase staff satisfaction
Improve employee/manager communication
Adapt to changes in employee availability
Reduce shift shortage, overbooking, overtime and other premiums associated with scheduling violations
Support compliance and consistency to union rules and hospital policies and procedures
Optimize labour coverage with hospital activity
Evaluate, real time, your organization’s resources centrally
Reduce, enterprise wide, the effort of employee scheduling
