This Request for Proposal (RFP) is led by The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) on behalf of Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA) to obtain proposals for liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS) instrumentation for the clinical biochemistry laboratory division at The Ottawa Hospital, General Campus.
EORLA’s intention is to obtain LC-MS/MS instrumentation for the immediate use of developing a clinical testing program in the area of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), targeted toxicology testing and measuring small molecules. Our future plans are to develop testing to measure peptides/proteins in human serum as well as tissue analysis.
We are interested in learning what each vendor can propose (HPLC, mass spectrometer, software, libraries) to meet our current and future clinical testing needs. Through this RFP, EORLA's goal is to assess the Respondent’s solutions in providing instrumentation (HPLC, mass spectrometer) software and libraries, as well as novel technologies in ionization sources, separation techniques and/or sample handling, which can meet our current and future clinical testing requirements.
