Description

The City of Ottawa is seeking proposal submissions to provide an Enterprise Print Management Solution. Provisioning a Solution will require the replacement and servicing of new and used Multi Functional Device (“MFD”) Print Equipment as well as replacement of the existing City Print Equipment Devices, which collectively have been determined as part of the City’s New Print Environment End State Design.

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFP is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
