Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for a Contractor to provide Services to all identified buildings, land areas and their associated infrastructure at RDC’s locations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, bylaws and codes and to a standard that will not cause the buildings to deteriorate beyond normal wear and tear. The Services will be required onsite RDC’s locations year round. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, vehicles, equipment required for the performance of the Services and will be responsible for all costs associated with providing the Services (including but not limited to maintenance certifications, inspections, tests, etc.) at the fixed annual cost provided by the Contractor.
