Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is directed at fine art conservators (generalists and specialists), custom framers, and other fine art service providers.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a list of prequalified suppliers to provide art restoration and consultation, custom framing, and custom fabrication services as needed for the Canada Council Art Bank.

The Canada Council would enter into Standing Offer Agreements with successful Firms for one year with the option to extend to years 2 and 3.

A Standing Offer Agreement is an arrangement to provide goods and services at prearranged prices with set terms and conditions, for specific periods of time on an “as requested” basis. A Standing Offer is not a Contract and an Order against a Standing Offer is a “Call-up”.

Businesses and independent professionals (freelancers) offering one or more of the above-mentioned services may apply for inclusion on this list.
