Description

Fertilizer Canada requires a third-party risk assessment to identify potential environmental risk; get a better understanding of the current Canadian storage landscape; identify existing government regulations/standards; and estimate potential costs to the industry based on outcomes of past incidents of storage tank failure leading to environmental release for liquid fertilizer products.

The draft report is to be completed by January 3, 2020. Fertilizer Canada will provide written comments by email to the contractor with feedback and questions following the receipt of the draft report, aiming for a final report January 27, 2020.

Alternate timelines can be proposed for consideration.
