The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Finance (“Manitoba”) wishes to sell the remaining surplus aircraft owned by Manitoba. The aircraft and associated parts and tools are organized into the following groups (each a “Package”):

Package #2: Twin Otter DHC-6 C-FWAH aircraft including Twin Otter inventory.
Package #3: Cessna Citation 560 C-GBNE aircraft.
Package #4: Cessna Citation 560 C-GBNX aircraft.
Package #5: Cessna Citation 560 inventory.
Package #6: Cessna 310 C-GMLN aircraft.
Package #7: Cessna 310 C-GDAT aircraft.
Package #8: Cessna 310 C-GYNE aircraft.
Package #9: Cessna 310 inventory.
Package #10: Canadair Water Bomber CL-215 C-FTXI aircraft.
Package #11: Canadair Water Bomber CL-215 C-FTUV aircraft.
Package #12: Canadair Water Bomber CL-215 C-GUMW aircraft.
Package #13: Canadair Water Bomber CL-215 C-GYJB aircraft.
Package #14: Tooling.
Package #15: Ground Support Equipment.

The Packages are available for download as associated components and will form Appendix “A” to this Request For Offer (RFO)
