20191004A - Advisory Services for Workload Distribution

The Canada Council for the Arts is seeking responses to review workload distribution within the organization and make recommendations on how the workload could be better distributed and support more efficient work processes.  A joint committee to review workload distribution was recently established on workload distribution for both unionized and non-unionized employees with the exclusion of more senior level managers. Findings and/or recommendations arising out of the work of the committee shall be presented to the Joint Workload Committee, followed by a presentation to the Executive Management Committee. The Council is therefore seeking the support of a consultant or consulting firm in order to gather and analyse data regarding workload distribution and provide recommendations so it can prioritize key actions and next steps to support and improve workload distribution within the organization.
