Description

The Supplier will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the Deliverables as identified in Appendix A. The initial term of the contract will be from the time of execution until December 31, 2022. The City’s intent is to, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement, extend the resulting agreement for an additional four (4) years in two (2) year increments.
