The Government of Manitoba, and the users identified on http://www.gov.mb.ca/finance/psb/buysell/ccpi_poa.html , are considering participating in a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase of Office Supplies. Do not send responses to Manitoba. Public Services and Procurement Canada has a Tender Notice to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase of Office Supplies to Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, National Capital Region, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan if and when identified users request such goods during the periods of the Standing offer.  This Standing offer will incorporate the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Collaborative Procurement Initiative which allows users from the Provinces and Territories to become part of this Supply Arrangement.  Currently the Province of Manitoba and some MASH sector entities in Manitoba have requested to be part of the Supply Arrangement.   Additional users may be added during the solicitation phase.
 
The period of the Supply Arrangement will be valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use it.
 
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
