LC-2019-005 - Re-Design of the County's Website

Online communications have fundamentally changed the way the public accesses and exchanges information. The Internet and social media have become necessary communication tools for organizations to provide information to the public in an effective and efficient manner.
The County of Lanark is requesting a website redesign of their existing corporate website: www.lanarkcounty.ca, that implements best practices in content strategy, clean design and user friendliness while providing its citizens and target audiences with a website that is relevant to target audiences, promotes an image that is consistent with the goals, values and County strategic plan, enhances citizen engagement, and promotes its local communities as a destination to live, work, and play.  It is the County’s intent to supply the content for the website, but it is looking for Proponent(s) to provide recommendations for the organization, amount and structure of the content in conjunction with the layout and design of the website and web services.
