Description

A three (3) year service and maintenance contract (bronze level) for a Systec MediaFill (automated plate pourer for culture media), to include the following:

  • One (1) on-site preventative maintenance visit per year (including travel, labour, parts and any applicable software upgrades)
  • One (1) on-site repair visit per year (including travel and labour; excluding parts)
  • 20% discount on all parts for the purpose of remedial repair on an as-needed basis
  • Additional remedial repairs on a when and as-needed basis (either on-site or instrument shipped to service centre)
