DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
This Request for Service is seeking proposals for a contractor to assemble lattice steel pieces of structures used for electric transmission. Further details are available in the RFS, Appendices and Drawings.

Mandatory Criteria:
Manitoba Hydro will review submitted Proposals for compliance with the following mandatory criteria:

a) A Qualified Supplier with an effective Framework Agreement for Contractor Services under the Electrical and Overhead Construction category.

Proposals that do not comply with all of the mandatory criteria as of the Proposal Close will, subject to the express and implied rights of Manitoba Hydro, be disqualified and not evaluated further.
