Open Call for Bids are invited and will be received up to 10:00 a.m. Newfoundland Time, Thursday, August 1, 2019 for the above referenced Open Call for Bids, with a public Open Call for Bids opening to follow that day at 10:30 a.m.
Open Call for Bids Documents Must Be Obtained From A Service Provider.

Bids must be submitted on our “Open Call for Bids” form, placed in a sealed envelope, marked with the open call for bids number and addressed to:

Fax or email bids will NOT be accepted for this open call for bids.
Open Call for Bids will be opened publicly in room A-1004, Arts & Administration Building on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.
In the event that the university is closed earlier than normally expected on the day of an open call for bids closing, the closing date will be extended to the next business day for the university at the same time as originally stated.
The university does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
Please ensure you have read this document thoroughly as it, and your response, will form part of any resulting contract.
