Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of QEAB 5KV Switchgear Replacement, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

SaskPower is seeking to engage a contractor to provide labour, tools, materials, equipment, and expertise required to complete transformer and switchgear replacement, cable installation, vent fan installation, and all corresponding demolition, testing and commissioning at SaskPower’s Queen Elizabeth Power Station as per the drawings and specifications outlined within the RFP.

There will be an Mandatory Site Meeting at the Queen Elizabeth Power Station on July 22, 2019 at 10:00am CST. The Queen Elizabeth Power Station is located at 2211 Spadina Crescent W, Saskatoon, SK.
PPE required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat and safety footwear. No pre-registration is needed.
