TOH is seeking Pre-Qualification Submissions from Respondents who are qualified and interested in providing professional expertise to potentially provide the following services to deliver an Environmental Assessment (EA) study:
I. Transportation Impact Assessment and Mobility Plan, including a parking strategy addressing underground, and off-site parking impacts and a Transportation Demand Management Strategy;
II. Cultural Heritage Impact Statement;
III. Work with the selected architectural firm to provide information supporting the delivery of the Master Servicing Plan and the Master Site Plan
The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is contemplated to be the possible first stage of what may be a decision by TOH in its absolute and sole, unfettered discretion to conduct a second stage process. During this RFSQ, submissions will be used to gather information and assess the Respondents’ capabilities and qualifications for the purposes of establishing a short-list. During a possible, second stage, the Respondents who have been identified for short-listing under this RFSQ, may be invited to respond to a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Environmental Assessment Study pertaining to the new campus for TOH as described in this RFSQ.
