Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Indigenous and Northern Relations, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:

Trust Fund administration services and Tax System administration services in accordance with The Northern Affairs Act.

The Proponent may choose to propose to deliver the Trust Fund Administration or the Tax System Administration or both services, however, ideally both services will be provided by a single Consultant.
