Description

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) is currently working to modernize its procurement processes to support sustainable economic growth while ensuring best value for Manitobans. To support this, Manitoba will be establishing a Master Agreement with Pre-qualified Suppliers for asphalt cement.
Following establishment of the Master Agreement, departments from across Manitoba will have access to the agreement to request a quote from Pre-qualified Suppliers and establish a Purchase Order at the agreed to terms and conditions.
