Description

Saint John Energy has issued this RFP to solicit proposals for an after-hours answering service provider who will be able to supply our needs as presented in the scope of work in Appendix B.
Saint John Energy’s objective is to select a service provider that:

Is competitive from a quality and cost perspective;
Has the ability to meet the requested service requirements;
Has experience with peak demand calling;

To achieve the preceding objectives, Saint John Energy is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals for an after-hours answering service provider for a two (2) year contract.
This contract may be renewable for up to three (3) additional years with the mutual agreement of both parties.
