20190502 - Locking Hardware

Sealed tenders for the supply of Locking Hardware will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer, The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 2S5, up to 2:00:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2019, as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer’s Department.


The following bid document must be completed. Two copies are to be submitted in a sealed envelope which shows the name of the tender, the closing date and a return address. The bid documents and all sheets indicating bid prices must show the name of the firm and must be signed by a person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.


No employee of the Division shall act as an agent for any person involved in the tender, or receive any remuneration or other compensation for any sale resulting from this tender.


Prices must be shown in the spaces on the form for each item.


Where the manufacturer's name or "Trade Name" is stated, it is intended as a guide only.  The material or product selected is at the Winnipeg School Division’s sole discretion.


All bid prices are to be irrevocable for 90 days from closing date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).


If illustrations literature is required, Bidder will be notified and must be submitted prior to the award.


All components are to be used with a Best Master keying system, Best Locking system and complete with a Best Keying System in the 7K and 9K series. Locksets are to be priced less the interchangeable cores.
