PQ190321PW - Request for Pre-Qualifications For Seasonal Equipment Rentals

This Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”)
to prospective respondents to prequalify for future eligibility to provide Seasonal Equipment
Rentals as further described in Part 4 – RFPQ Particulars (the “Deliverables”).\

The County intends to prequalify respondents for future equipment rentals within Parkland County
for a three (3) year period. Parkland County periodically requires seasonal rental equipment for
general maintenance and construction work within Parkland County.

Respondents shall note that the County does not intend to re-issue a RFPQ for Seasonal
Equipment Rentals during the three (3) year period.

Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area
of 242,595 hectares (599,500 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest
populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over
30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living.
