Description:
York is working to develop a renewed long-term strategy to upgrade and maintain its Housing building assets.  York wishes to retain the services of a consultant to perform Facility Condition Assessments on the current inventory of student housing buildings at both Keele and Glendon Campuses. In addition, the Selected Proponent will also address the feasibility for each building as it relates to component / system / equipment replacement, renovations, full interior renovation, teardown, etc.
York invites Proponents to submit Proposals for Consultant Services for Facility Condition Assessments on the current inventory of student housing buildings at both Keele and Glendon Campuses. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents to prepare their submissions.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
