Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation to qualified potential Proponents to submit Proposals to the Ontario Energy Board OEB (the “OEB”) for Task-Based Development, Support & Consultation Services of the Avolin – Pivotal CRM system on a time and materials basis for a maximum period of up to two (2) years and 4,000 hours.

The OEB has an Avolin Pivotal CRM system that, is heavily customized to support multiple facets of the OEB, including:

Our consumer contact centre
Licensing & Performance Reporting Function
Adjudicative & Application Administration areas
Industrial Policy & Compliance

The Pivotal Implementation also has integrations with MS Outlook, and Micro Focus Content Manager (formerly HPe Content Manager/Trim).
The OEB intends on continuing its investment in Pivotal to support its core business functions.
