Description

The Successful Contractor will provide all labour, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the roofing project described below.

All roofing work shall be done in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association, the Provincial Roofing Contractors Association and where applicable, the manufacturer’s recommended installation practices.

All Contractors must hold an ARCA membership and be in good standing with the Alberta Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA) and be COR Certified.

The Performance of the Work must be in accordance with the latest version of the National Building Code of Canada, and other local or provincial codes as applicable.

The roofing project will range from roof replacement; refurbishment and restoration that will be completed based on approved funding to include the following:

Wyckham House Z01 - Z02 - Inverted
U-Wing Sections 17-19
U-Wing Sections 14-20-21
U-Wing Sections 12-13

Mandatory Site Meeting - To assist with planning, please RSVP the Bid Manager at least one business day prior if you intend to participate
All interested proponents must be in attendance in order to be eligible to submit a response.
**Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic - Contractors are permitted to have only ONE person in attendance RSVP is mandatory.
