Description

The main purpose of this process is to solicit proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide aircraft maintenance services ensuring the maximum safety and reliability of Mount Royal’s fleet.
Mount Royal University has been delivering high quality, integrated flight training in an academic environment for 50 years. The Mount Royal Aviation diploma program has provided the aviation industry with more than 1000 qualified and educated graduates. Graduates fly for local, regional, national and international carriers and work in a wide variety of jobs in the industry.
The Mount Royal Aviation diploma, which combines commercial pilot training with a focus on business, is a well-respected credential in the aviation industry. As the recent Human Resources Study of Commercial Pilots revealed, the level of education, diploma or baccalaureate, among pilots is increasing and that trend is likely to continue in the future.
Mount Royal University’s Aviation Fleet consists of six (6) Cessna Model 172 and two (2) Seneca PA34-220T aircraft.
