Summary Details: This RFQ is to short list qualified contractors to potentially bid on undertaking a Regional Feasibility Study for a Hybrid Fixed & Wireless Fiber to the home and Enterprise Network for Municipalities in the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.

The Partnership of the Manitoba Capital Region is seeking Consultants to undertake this feasibility study who have experience and a demonstrated understanding of the following areas:

Optic Fiber (Trenching, Ploughing)
Optic Fiber (Directional Drilling)
Fixed Wireless Architecture
Fixed Wireless Installation
Hybrid Wireless / Optic Fiber
Business Case Creation
Data Center Builds
Enterprise Network Architecture
Fiber To The Home Architecture
Fiber To The Home Installation
Rural Manitoba Optic Fiber Projects

The PMCR may require short-listed Respondents to make an in-person presentation following the evaluation of Proposals. It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that it has received all Addenda and other notices relating to this RFQ. All amendments to the associated notice will be issued on MERX.

NOTE: Respondents must confirm their submission has been received before the closing date and time of February 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
